Duck parfait, currant jelly, brioche. Try it with something big and bold, like our Alphabox & Dice ‘Mistress’ Tempranillo. Its smooth yet structured tannins are the perfect match for the rich aromatics of the parfait.

Forecast says: make a night of it.
Fish mousse with scallop & prawn. Try it with a glass of Bass River Gippsland Gris. A Pinot Gris with attitude. This wine stands up beautifully to the rich, buttery flavours and natural salinity of fresh seafood.
Final Sunday for Christmas in July. Roast turkey, mulled wine stuffing, all the festive trimmings by the fire.
